Emma and the crew Eli and Lucas were super friendly! I got my kids bagels super fast my kids are starving after they finish taekwondo... great atmosphere highly recommend!! Been eating here for a long time !
I had lunch at the new location for the Whidbey Island Bagel Factory. The last time I visited was 4 years ago when they were located on Fidalgo Avenue. Now they’re located in the Log Cabin on Midway. I chose to enjoy a Reuben sandwich on a Jalapeno and Cheddar bagel. Simply scrumptious! For my drink I opted for. 12oz coffee. I mention the coffee because it was a great tasting cup of coffee! Not acidic or heavy tasting. The counter staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Service with a smile The new location looks very similar to the old Fidalgo location. Just smaller... on the ground floor. There are steps leading to a second floor, but they were roped off as the upstairs was closed .
Lucas , Emma , Eli are great and have great customer service skills. I have been eating at this place for years. Always fantastic employees and food !!! I have been in line when a customer is rude if they are out of a bagel .... dude pick another one they have a million options ! The staff today was amazing ********** 10 If you are rude to people who are just working in customer service and they aren’t responsible for something popular selling out don’t be a jerk .... when say they make 200 bagels a day and the one you like sold out !! Be kind people !! I wanted to let their bosses know we eat there all the time thank you for having such a great staff. I liked the girls glasses today and she even wrote down where I could get them. The food is always fresh and sooooo good ! To day we had many bagels and soup all yummy !! Thanks
Cute shop with a ton of bagel options! A little cramped and busy but honestly that probably just goes to show how good the place is. Wait was reasonable and the bagel sandwiches were great!
I'll start this out by stating my bagel credentials-- I'm an East Coast transplant who cried the first time they had a Franz bagel as a child. I absolutely love the bagels here, and had the pleasure of meeting the owner. I love the vibe, the staff seem relaxed, and I especially love that there's a giant sign saying he'll ban anyone rude to his workers. The bagels are perfect, the ultimate balance between chewy and crusty, and airy and dense. I just got whole bagels, but I will definitely be back to try all the sandwiches and goodies. The jalepeno bagels are spicy but SO good, and the cheese bagels actually taste cheesy. New lifelong customer here, I just wish I lived closer.

The food here is outstanding and the atmosphere is like you are on an old sailing vessel... pricing is fantastic and parking is ample...breakfast rush is exactly what you would think it would be so be ready for that. But its well worth the wait. New and interesting flavors of bagel i have never heard of. You owe it to yourself to stop by and give this place a try.
